Originally established in 2001, the main goal was to create a company and a service that would alter peoples negative perceptions of estate agencies, perceptions that have developed over decades with agents that focused more on profit and less on service and customer relationships.
With more than 15 years under our belt, Homezone stands head and shoulders above most of its competitors and has continued to receive nothing but positive feedback from customers.
Homezone began like many small companies, at first from home and originally dealing purely in lettings. After a spell in a serviced office in Beckenham, our first shop front premises was opened in 2006 in Shortlands village and a sales service joined an already established lettings portfolio.
The 10 years to 2016 were significant in Homezone establishing itself as a serious market competitor and, as the company grew, so did its reputation, in leaps and bounds.
In 2015, Homezone was again awarded best agent in the Borough of Bromley for customer service by public review website www.allagents.co.uk, which has been the bedrock of our good name in Bromley and across the Borough.
The time was right to expand the organisation and 2016 has seen the opening of a new branch in Beckenham. Positioned in an equally popular location with lots of passing traffic and foot fall, this branch settled into the local market immediately with new business coming through the door as soon as it opened.
